ABOUT "ROC TRANSIT DAY"
ROC Transit Day (June 16, 2024) is a grassroots campaign organized by Reconnect Rochester to encourage Rochesterians to use public transit and go car-free for one day. Rochester area organizations can request free all-day fare cards for their employees and members.

To make things a bit more fun, if you ride the bus on ROC Transit Day, you can use your fare card to redeem exclusive deals and offers at participating shops and businesses! PLUS, special events and activities are planned especially for you...
IT'S FREE
Simply leave your car at home on June 16. You can use your own RTS bus pass, or find out how to claim a FREE ROC Transit Day pass.
IT'S FUN
Enjoy a bus ride to work, or to one of many fun destinations with your friends & family or take a bus ride with Rex Rhino.
GET LOCAL DEALS
Ride the bus to a participating business and take advantage of these exclusive deals at local shops, restaurants, museums and other fun destinations.
WIN PRIZES
Our volunteers will be giving away gift certificates, local event tickets & other fun prizes to random bus riders. You can also take part in a City-wide Treasure Hunt or Street Dance Competition.
